Question: Is this cancer or panic attacks?
in the morning i have problems breathing until i eat something.
i weigh 126 pounds and i'm 5'7.
i've been developing a cough and my throat is scratchy.
when i get whatever this it my head start spinning and sometimes i have to close my eyes to regain thoughts and get a hold of myself. i get hot flashes and confusion. headaches and back aches. neck hurts a lot. I had my thyriod checked and it's not my thyriod.
anyways i used to smoke from 17-20 heavily but I have made the decision to stop now because i'm scared i may get cancer l8ter on. Is lung cancer rare in a 20 year old?
Well i eat well. I don't get as much excersise as I should though.
Any tips or suggestion as to why I get these panic attacks? Or is it something more?

I am a cancer specialist doctor.
This does not sound like any of the 200 plus types of cancer we see.
Cancers are unusual in twenty year olds anyway.
A lung cancer from smoking in a 20 year old is unheard of.

I expect that would be a diagnosis of exclusion
Best advice - start with your primary care physician.
He or she will refer you to a specialist if indicated.
