Question: How can I find out which illness I have?

I have pain in my throat, left jaw and left ear whenever I swallow, a runny nose, a sore throat, and headaches. But of course there are over a hundred illnesses with those symptoms...

I got it after I had to work with a sick person four days ago and I still have it. Do you have any clues as to what it is?
