Question: Should I eat cereal or popcorn with flu? help?
I had the flu a day ago,it kindve gone now but I have alittle bit of a sore throat, i think because I was coughing to hard
basically, I dont want soup
is it okay if I eat soy milk with unsweetend corn flakes with bannahs? or low butter pop corn?

They both sound fine. Just stay away from anything like cows milk or cheese that could cause congestion.
