Does sugar free nesquik have splenda added to it?!
Question: Does sugar free nesquik have splenda added to it?
Answers:
Splenda and Stevia are both good alternatives to sugar. They are the least toxic of all the substitutes.
But you can make your own chocolate milk without adding any sugar or synthetic sweetener if you like.
Mix cocoa powder with a little water until it is a paste. Then add your milk (spikes my glucose to over the moon) then add some ice cream to it.
If I were you I would eat more red meat for the protein instead of those imitation protein mixes or powders. Red meats are any cut of beef or lamb. And forget about them being heavy saturated fats. They are no more so than chicken or turkey. And they are loaded with Zinc, Iron, and Protein. All three good for weight lifting and athletics training and are all natural too.
Simply read the ingredients on the container.
I'd be more afraid of "protein Powder" than splenda.
If you want a chocolate protein shake, have a glass of chocolate milk.
