how accurate is hiv antibody test at 16 weeks and std tests at up to 80 days aft!

Question: How accurate is hiv antibody test at 16 weeks and std tests at up to 80 days after unprotected intercourse?
testing at 10 days, 5 weeks (antibody and RNA PCR), , 7.5 weeks, 9,5, weeks, 11 weeks, 83 days and 110 days (all antibody tests) negative after condom failure, are these tests conclusive?
Sometimes pins in upper part of feet, right side of head feeling numbness, nose numbness as weel sometimes, bruise on tip of nose one time when squeezed from friend (playing), rash on back since 2nd week after "condom failure" imtercourse (with a multi-partner lady, status unkown even she says she's clear.). lymph nodes discomfort under the jaw on right side.
My girlfriend had vomiting after we had unprotected sex (around 2 months after condom failure event). I got diagnosed with ureaplasma and got doxyxyline for 14 days.
today (around three months after we had sex with my girlfriend, she did notice under her breast, left side only, a red line looks like blood vessel problem "hematorroe" (i don't know how the dermatolog called that exactly).
Any nurse with experience on hiv test can help about the accuracy and conclusivenes of antibody tests and window period.? it'll be helpful. anxiety and stress sometimes make me to forget about even eating.
I also got tested at 10 days for clamydia, gonorreha, syphillis and all was negative.
at 7 weeks for clamydia and at 10 weeks for gonorreha and clamydia and at 80 days for syphillis, again and all negative.
got tested at 1.5 months for heb A, B, C, and herpes all negative except oral herpes (i had since i was kid)
What do you suggest?
Thanks

Well I'm more surprised you have a Muslim name? Don't you realize the penalty in the afterlife if you have relationships and sex outside of marriage?
Turn to Allah. He's watching you. Only he can help.

I think you just need to relax, kid. If the HIV test came back negative, then it's negative. You're freaking out and noticing things that aren't really important.
