Heart palpitations and unusual sweating?!

Question: Heart palpitations and unusual sweating?
I've heart palpitations for almost about a year now, I got use to it after a few number of weeks the first time I had it. The symptoms are usually irregular heartbeat, skipped beats, occasionally out of breath but not really. A small pinching sensation on the left arm, and usually sweating is accompanied. After a year or so, I noticed my palpitations had come back, with similar symptoms, especially sweating. Is this a sign of some heart problem? I think I might be caused by anxiety, because I notice the fast heartbeat whenever I feel nervous or stress, etc...I already had an ECG test, which turn out normal, a blood test, and a visit to the doctor. I just had a cold recently, which I got from some else, the palpitations were noticeable one night while I was asleep, I felt my heart beating rapidly and then stops after that. Please can anyone tell me if this is a sign of a heart problem or anxiety disorder? I usually feel afraid of getting sick, and or have diseases.

thankyou!

Answers:

I had similar symptoms and now I am cured. I later learned that it was due to mineral and B complex inbalance in the body. Try taking:
1. a high does of B complex vitamins;
2. a high quality mineral complex (consisting of the primary minerals calcium, magnesium and potassium, selenium, cooper, iron etc) Minerals by Viva vitamins is the one I am on; in addition; I take 400 mg of magnesium and 300 mg of potassium and 600 mg of calcium before bedtime.
Potassium regulates heart beat and if you are deficient, your heart will palpitate. Try eating at least a banana a day (it has 500 mg of potassium). Try eating yams too, it is also rich in potassium.
Drink plenty of water when you are taking these high doses to keep your kidneys working.
Do some research on the net to find out ways to reduce stress such as swimming, brisk walking, meditation, prayer.
Good luck to your health.
