Question: What can I do to build a strong immune system?
Answers:
Daily exercise (walking 20-30 minutes each day at a brisk pace is enough), a daily dose of Vitamin C and washing your hands after being around anyone who is coughing/sneezing. No smoking. Eating as healthy a diet as possible with fresh fruits and vegetables. Lastly, just keep telling yourself that every illness that you get is building antibodies towards this particular germ for you future so that you won't catch everything!

lots of fruit and veg/getting your five a day every day and staying hydrated will build up your immune system immensely and rapidly.
exercise would also help, and getting enough rest.
