what are some good house remedies to clear pimples?!

I had a hurting inflamed pimple yesterday but today it's almost gone because of the trick I used.
Take one whole aspirin (preferably uncoated) and use the bottom of a spoon to crush it up. Then add a couple drops of water so it's like a paste. Apply it to the pimple and leave until it's dry (about half an hour) Then you can wash off your face. You can try doing this twice a day. It worked great for me, just as long as you don't apply the stuff to broken skin which can make the area even more inflamed.
