I remember hearing about it on tv but I can't remember what it's called. It's when someone is a victim to kidnapping or another related circumstance and they fall in love with their savior (like a firefighter or a police officer). It's not real love, but they think it is because they were saved by this person/officer.

The Florence Nightingale Effect is when a savior falls in love with the person they saved. So like a doctor falling in love with their patient. That's the opposite of what you listed, but it's about as close as it gets.
