Why am I STILL not able to breath through my nose?!?!?!

Question: Why am I STILL not able to breath through my nose?!?!?

I just recovered from a nasty flu ever since i was sick i was unable to breath. Since then i have been using vicks products and a humidifier. That didnt work so i moved on on to nasal/saline spray and nasal decongestant. The nasal decongestant kind of helped get rid of alot of mucus in my head but still didn't helped me breath through my nose. Oh and also i been taking these products for a couple days now. I don't know what else to do im thinking on going to the doctor cause we tried everything.

If any of the products you've been using is not working, you should stop using them. You might have a sinus infection or some other issue. It would be best to swing by the doctor and have them take a look at it.

After seeing your doc if you could find contac 12 hour non drowsy decongestant it's great.

I can't find them they are the only ones that work.
I'd just love to be able to get a full nights sleep with being able to breath right.

maybe your just paranoid thinking that try holding your breath when i mean that close your mouth and see how long you can do that for lol...............or did you stick something up your nose
