Anyone have an autoimmune disease?!

Question: Anyone have an autoimmune disease?
I am 24 y/o female and I have not been feeling well for several years now. I have had lightheadedness, dizziness, confusion, mood swings, vertigo, passed out a couple times, ALWAYS tired, lost weight, always feel weak, always seem to get sick (lower immune system), borderline anemic, my hands and feet are always cold no matter what, I have severe menstrual cramps, sometimes feel like I have low blood sugar, just found out I have neurocardiac syncope, low heart rate over the past few months (anywhere between 43-60), and my blood pressure is a lot lower over the past couple months. Does anyone else have these symptoms and have an autoimmune disease? A friend suggested I look up autoimmune diseases because his ex had lupus with similar symptoms. My doctor makes me feel it is all in my mind, but I know I really just don't feel good.

Answers:

Well i have two autoimmune diseases juvenile autoimmune pernicious anaemia (unable to absorb vitamin B12 in the digestive tract) and hashimoto's thyroiditis (autoimmune hypothyroidism). As with most autoimmune diseases, vitamin D deficiency is very common. My vitamin D was severely low. My symptoms with these two diseases were/are many! and not everyone suffers the same symptoms even if they have the same autoimmune disease...but to match your symptoms...

I have borderline anaemia - atm from hashimoto's but had iron deficiency in the past as B12 is needed for optimal iron absorption), feet are always cold due to hypothyroidism (on the foot heater as we speak!) hands were cold from iron anaemia in the past, fatigue (was severely fatigued prior to taking B12 sublingual spray), mood swings - from pernicious and hashimoto's, confusion (from pernicious anaemia), poor immune system (bronchitis/pneumonia yearly) - major immune problems due to B12 deficiency but also vitamin D deficiency, dizziness - from hashimoto's, weak muscles from hashimoto's/vitamin D deficiency/pernicious anaemia

It is frustrating when the doctor makes you feel like a hypochondriac. I diagnosed both my conditions after decades of misdiagnosis.
