RELENTLESS (Energy Drink) gave my heart a spikey/needle pain feeling?!

Question: RELENTLESS (Energy Drink) gave my heart a spikey/needle pain feeling?
OK, so today, i drank 1 can of relentless and finished all of it. But afterwards, this light pain, lasting for about 3 minutes, on my HEART? like a spike pain? WHY did this happen? And yes fair enough, energy drinks do increase heart beat etc, BUT is it normal for it to cause PAIN to my Heart? I don't think so.

So watch out guys, just letting you know, Relentless drink is not to be trusted.

Answers:

There is no "energy" in so-called energy drinks and certainly no energy in Relentless. There is, however, a high caffeine count. The Coca-Cola Company has tossed in a few B vitamins for legitimacy. It could be the added niacin that caused your problem or the caffeine but I doubt your heart was involved.

Read up on the harmful effects of too much caffeine. Why are you relying on "energy drinks" and coffee at your age??? You should be the last person to need artificial "energy".

Those drinks are very bad for you...all of them. They have more than the average caffeine, and you should read the ingredients because they can cause heart arrhythmias which can lead to a heart attack. Get off them right now, stay off them.

I saw this on Good Morning America.

yes. it strikes your brain, and it causes you to get anxious, and cant "hurt" your heart.. well, not really hurt it.. but you know the pain is just from the energy in it.

EXPERIENCED< i had panic attacks with my energy drinks.
