Gluten-free snacks for Celiacs?!

Question: Gluten-free snacks for Celiacs?
I've had some bloods done to rule out celiacs but I'm so fed up with the symptoms, especailly the fatigue, that I'm going gluten-free regardless of the test results to see if it makes any impact. Basically I was just wondering if anyone knew some gluten-free snacks or something easy that I could shove in my school bag for lunch? The only thing that I've managed to find is rice cakes and I really can't stomach gluten free bread. Thanks :)

Answers:

There's a list of snacky things on the site below ( basically most things made with potato, gram or corn starch like Walkers crisps, poppadums and Doritos), you could use soft corn tortilla wraps instead of bread, or find gluten free crackers, tortilla crisps/tacos in major supermarkets to eat with cheese, cold meat, hummous, guacamole, peanut butter etc as dips. Add in some fruit you like, carrot sticks etc. and you have a tasty easy school lunch that gives you the right balance of carbs, protein and fruit/veg.

Not sure what's your age, another link below you might find useful.
