-> SENSITIVE/ACNEE SKIN PROBLEM. ! PLEASE HELP ME OUT GUYS <-?!

Question: -> SENSITIVE/ACNEE SKIN PROBLEM. ! PLEASE HELP ME OUT GUYS <-?
Hi guys , I'm a 16 years old girl and like most teenagers I've been experiencing bad skin for a few years now.. First of all you need to know I have pretty sensitive skin , it gets red quite easily , especially from using strong skincare products on my face. Second thing you need to know, I've been wearing foundation on my face for years .. I never should have but you know ounce you fall into that vicious circle , you never stop and my skin just got worst, now I've got what they call ''cosmetic acnee'' on my cheeks and chin area .. It's pretty red just like I would have rosacea.. Everywhere else is perfectly clean. I don't understand, the skin on my body is like a peach.. but my face ? I'm so obsessed and self concious with my skin , I've tried just about everything from natural masks recipes like honey and cinamon.. Proactiv (was way too strong for my delicate skin) drugstore brands like Clean & Clear, Neutrogena.. Nothing helped clear out my skin.. Gosh I guess you could say I'm desperate ... All I'm asking for is nice dewy skin so I can FINALLY stop covering my face with all this crap foundation everyday. I hope you guys help me out and definitely wait for your advice , I'll be so grateful if you could actually help me get the beautiful skin I always wanted :)

You already know you're going to have to stop with the foundation for a while. Your skin needs to breathe to heal. It won't happen overnight, but it will be worth it later!
A few helpful, (and natural) hints for a better complexion:
- try to avoid chemicals on your face
- avoid any products with alcohol (internally or externally)
- have a daily facial cleansing routine (2x only - day & night) and do not scrub. Baby your face for a while so it can heal.
- avoid scented soaps and creams
- only use gentle, alcohol-free cleansers on your face
- try using face lotion containing certified green algae (lotions are more gentle and absorb better than creams)
- try a dairy milk face-wash. The dairy milk helps to balance the natural PH of the skin.
- drink green tea and rose hip tea (great antioxidants)
- eat foods high in antioxidants; such as blueberries, cranberries, purple grapes, broccoli, etc..
- eat more vegetables
- avoid spicy foods and greasy foods
- use sunblock with 15 - 30 spf when out in direct sunlight
- try to get at least 7 - 8 hours of sleep each night
- try to cut down on stress

drink saline water for sensitive skin.......but yours is different go see specialist
