Itchy... Down There ??!!!?!

Question: Itchy... Down There ??!!!?
I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend 4 days ago. First time we've ever done this.. We're both clear of STI's as we got tested together. So I know this for a fact. Also its defo not crabs or anything

This morning I woke to find myself very itchy down there, and it stings very much to urinate... I dont want to go to the doctor incase its nothing or something I can just get for it in the pharmacy...

There's no rash... Literaly just crazy itchy at the opening of my V. and when I pee it stings really bad. Its even uncomfortable to walk/sit cause its a constant burning..

Anyone have any idea what it could be ?

Answers:

The itching sounds most like thrush, the burning when peeing could mean a mild case cystitis too. Both of these are very common, don't worry, happens to a lot of women after sex.

Try canesten, or any other good thrush cream, from the pharmacy for thrush :) will calm the itching. Try not to scratch generally because you don't want to end up with any skin infections down there.

& Drink PLENTLY of water (cranberry juice is also great for it, can be bought from chemist too) to flush out any bacteria that may have got into the urinary tract :)

Next time take a shower (or bath if you can) straight after you've had sex , and go to pee straight after too. This should help ensure it doesn't happen again.

I'm going to say you might possibly have urinary tract infection. It could come from dirty hands coming in contact with your urethra. That would explain the stinging when peeing.
And the itching could possibly be thrush. If your vagina is slightly red and your experiencing some white discharge then this could be the case.
But I'm no doctor..

You stated you two are cleared of STI's.

If you're feeling the way you do, get it check. You never know, you might of caught something.

Good luck

Sounds like thrush and it stings when you wee because you have scratched it raw Go to chemist and buy something for thrush if that dont work then doctor

its probably one of private part infections, you have to visit a doctor don't wait until its too late
