Anxiety attacks, gotten worst over the years.. need help?!

Question: Anxiety attacks, gotten worst over the years.. need help?
Hey all. I'm 16 years old and since I was 13 I have been having anxiety attacks it seems. If I get too angry, I start hyperventilating. If I get too upset, I start hyperventilating. On my way to any of my doctors appointments I get nervous for some reason unknown to me at all because I have absolutely nothing to worry about but my chest will start getting very tight and its almost as if I'm beginning to have an anxiety attack but I've been having these for 3 years so I know how to control it but its VERY uncomfortable. If things get too overwhelming however, I have a very hard time controlling it and sometimes I cant. I get aggravated very easily as well which leads to me getting angry or upset so its a constant problem. I even avoid going to doctors appointments and doing things that make my anxiety kick up. The most bothersome problem is getting in the car with someone other than my mom or dad makes me very nervous and my chest starts to get tight and the whole car ride I'm worrying something is gonna happen such as a car wreck. My boyfriend and I go riding all the time because we have to make trips to the store for my son to get things he needs because he is only 4 months old, and I have almost punched him in the face while driving because hes scared me so bad and gave me such horrible anxiety just from driving and going 5 miles over the speed limit. Should I discuss this with my doctor? Is there anything she could do to help? Also, I recently just had a baby boy and found myself with postpartum depression so I have been taking Zoloft 50 mg. The attacks seem to have gotten worst after having my son but I noticed it getting worst over the years any how.

Answers:

Seek medical advice prehaps anti anxiety tablets are needed. Having children upsets hormone levels which will cause problems

Bree very clearly you don't have anxiety about being social or sexual, interesting. To be the very best mother you can be, keep those doctors appointments and please ask to be referred to a specialist like a psychiatrist. You need most importantly to include prayer and I find the (15 prayers of St. Bridget) found online to be a very powerful novena, especially including mass.
