1) Miconazole is ONLY for yeast (Candida) infections, so please do NOT use ANYTHING until you get your results back! 2) In order to be at peace absolutely as much as possible, PLEASE trust in your doctor's words, and PLEASE do not let the anxiety of waiting and not knowing get to you. Make a deal with yourself that you've done EVERYTHING you possibly can at the moment, and that you're NOT going to freak out or tie yourself all up in knots until you have reason to. That's the only mentally healthy thing I can see to do here. There's no need to put yourself through a freak out until you absolutely have reason to. 3) Your cervix could be red just because it's been banged into through intercourse. If you're experiencing itching or discomfort, it could well be that your soft tissues have been a bit abraded by erm, overly exuberant sex to put it bluntly. You could also be reacting to the non-oxynol 9 or other spermicides used in condom manufacture. Creamy, white discharge is a normal thing for vaginas, so don't worry about that, either. Just breathe and wait, girl. Welcome to the wonderful, anxiety-filled world of sex in the 21st century...Good job in being absolutely as responsible as you could be!!!
If it is an infection like chlamydia, gonorrhea, or syphilis, it can be easily cured. If it is a virus like herpes, hepatitis, or warts you are screwed. I think if the doctor said there is nothing wrong, than you are Okay.
you used a condom and he said he was clean, what is it with you people!!!

Condoms don't protect against all STD's (In particular Crabs and Herpes) the only sure fire way of knowing of course is to get tested. And it should also be noted STD's do exist in which they can not be detected in a particular timeframe. It is completley natural to experience paranoia but should also be rememberd 1 out of 4 sexually active adults will contract a STD by age 25, and 1 out of 2 will not know they have a condition as many remain asymtomatic thus it is important to educate yourself.
I would say based on your medical professional's observation you are likely in the clear but this should serve as a reminder to be more careful next time, why waiting for marrige is ideal.
