For over 2 months I been having this pressure/tight headache that reaaly only occurs in my forehead, between and behind the yes and in my temples and jaw.I had 5 ct and a mri of the brain and nothing showed up.So I had a mri of my spine and it showed that my neck is straight and it is suppose to ce curved like a C.I did nit get in any accident or anything like that so I started going to the chiropractor which did not help with my aches and pains so is tarted taking 800 mg motrin which did nothing.Every mornign I wake uo fine but after an hour my headache is back. The headache also gets better when in the shower.I also got brain fog and tired/fatigue feelings through out the day.

Answers:

Your question is hard to read since there a lot of typos.

I have kyphosis, and have had MRIs and had to go to physical therapy for it. It affects my neck and my neck is constantly in pain. I DO NOT believe the pressure headaches are caused by your neck due to the fact they are in your frontal lobe. Usually it affects the fascia.

Due to the fact that steam (shower) seems to help, you may have a chronic sinus infection or allergies.
