i m facing problem of pimples, how to remove them?!

Question: I m facing problem of pimples, how to remove them?
Answers:

use herbal medicines for this,

what i tried was putting toothpaste on the pimple and it really helped shrink them. dont smear it all over your face just a little dab on the pimple. for best results put a bandaid on it and leave it overnight. it will help dry out the oils so DONT put it all over because your face will become very dry. whatever you do... dont use whitening toothpaste either. also, wash your face before and after you apply the toothpaste. over a couple of days or less, the pimples will be smaller and less swollen. i cant guarantee you the best results because it also depends on your skin type. I hardly have any acne but when i do get the occasional pimples on my forehead, they are the worst! this remedy works pretty well for me and some other people that recommended it. also washing your face in the morning and at night helps to remove bad pore clogging oils. hope this helps! pimples are the worst...

previous experience

I am facing the same for last few years. I had tried out a lot of so called natural remedies against it like steaming, putting ice on it and so on. But nothing worked to cause any significant improvement in the situation.
I always knew the right thing was to consult a dermatologist. But I could never work with the idea of consulting a doctor on such an issue. I imagined it would be awkward and embarrassing it could. It was two weeks ago, that I finally made up my mind to visit a dermatologist after having a lot of internal debate with my self. Finally, I came to a conclusion that, the embarrassment and awkwardness I feared would be nothing when compared to the one caused by a acne infected skin. Hence I gathered the courage and visited a dermatologist.
She wrote down a few gels , a washing lotion and gave me instructions to use it. The whole thin cost $15. But since I started medication a week and half ago, things have been working out very well for me. The acne is cleared and the ones which was potential acne inflammation dissipated. But the scars still remain, as I started using the gel for scar removal(called sebonac) from today. I believe it too will dissipate soon.
I am writing my experience to tell you than there's nothing to worry about having acne outbreaks. Immediately consult a dermatologist and get the required medication. But make sure that you choose the doctor wisely. Ask for few opinion.. Another thing is that you must shred all the thoughts of treating acne using natural remedies, seriously, they all sucks. I am sure you will have your beautiful face back as soon as possible...Best wishes...

I will tell you how to get rid of Acne-speaking from personal experience- if you want to get rid of acne by using a facewash don,t use none of the stuff you see in the chemist or supermarket it don,t work, also if you re thinking of trying any aloe vera products stay away from aloe vera gel fruit of the earth, it broke my face even more and left it red looking like a rash - try and buy Acne 101E it works great, its like a facial toner wash its the only facewash that has ever worked on my face - or try this alternative try taking Omega 3 dietary supplements in tablet form or take liver cod oil in liquid form, take at least one Zinc tablet per day also Zinc -also add Green tea to your diet-drink three to four cups of green tea daily- make sure its pure green tea you drink-the pure green tea without any added in flavours is the strongest green tea out there.

Some useful research links for you for this approach to clearing acne.
