Can someone be allergic to the ingredients in vitamins?!
Question: Can someone be allergic to the ingredients in vitamins?
Started recently when I take one pill daily and drink it with water...I feel really sick and want to vomit and my stomach feels empty. It says in the bottle take with meal and I did.
Do you know why or could I be allergic to the ingredients? They are for adolescents ages ranges from 14-18 years and I am 16.
