Sleep paralyzes. I can't breath, could I die?!

I've always had sleep paralyzes since I can remember.
through out the yeas it has gone it worse and worse.
I'm 17 and I have usually get sleep paralyzes 10+ a month.
in feb, when a new sign occurred to me.
while I was under the state of sleep paralyzes,
it felt like my spine was on fire. Like I could feel flames along my spine. I tried to move, but obviously I couldn't.
so now since march a new symptom occurred to me.
and it's the fact that I can't breath.
it feels like I'm slowly sufficating, like my breathing is slowly stopping.
the only way I get out of sleep paralysis is by
trying to fall asleep (even though my bodys temporaryly paralyzed.)

I fear that I'll die because now when I'm under it, I really can't breath.
Even though sleep paralysis means that my conscience is aware of what's going on, but my bodys paralyzed due to chemicals your brain produces right after you fall asleep.

can I sufficate to death if I this keeps on occurring to me??
