Do I have celiac disease?!

Question: Do I have celiac disease?
I got the blood test and was told the result was negative.
But here's the thing- I had been avoiding gluten for quite a while (which can effect the test).
For the longest time, I have felt really sick. I have had constipation (sorry- I know you probably don't want to know that, but it's part of the disease), intermittent diarrhea, bloating, stomach pain, cramps in my fingers, toes and legs, tingling in my fingers and toes, and pain in my knees and ankles. I have also had tons of cavities my whole life even though I take good care of my teeth. I have felt weak, been constantly fatigued and gotten headaches often. I am 13 years old, 5'2" and gone from 106lbs (I know, I was chubby) to 96lbs.
It all has recentally gotten a lot worse, since my dad died. It got so bad that I've missed school because of it. I also started throwing up.
That is why I started avoiding gluten before the test.
My uncle and my cousins also have celiac disease and my mom has many of the symptoms.

Answers:

You could have celiac disease, but if these symptoms did not improve while you were avoiding gluten then I would say probably not. Almost everything you mentioned could be symptoms of anxiety. Especially since you said it got worse since your Dad died. I would talk to your doctor about possibly trying some anxiety medication, you would be surprised how many physical symptoms anxiety causes! Another possibility is IBD, that causes lots of digestive issues.
