Human albinos come in all races and genders. Albinos lack pigment which would normally give the body parts their color which includes the skin, hair and the eyes. The lack of these pigments allows the veins and arteries where the normal coloring of the eye would be to show through, almost like your eye color was clear and giving their eyes a red appearance.
Yes they can and do, this is due to lack of pigment in the iris allowing all the blood vessels to show through, rather than being coloured red.
