weather change allergies?!
Question: Weather change allergies?
Answers:
It could be any pollen residue in the air with the change in the weather lately. I also suffer from spring allergy symptoms (lucky us, right?).. It's almost time for me to break out the Alavert allergy tablets (they work like a charm, and taste like spearmint when you chew them)! ... Or the nasal spray. However, even though you don't think it's the plants causing it, it very well might be. Those are also viable symptoms for the beginning of a cold or virus of some sort. A drastic change in temperatures can do that to a person.. Which is also something I've been dealing with lately. Since, I live in Wisconsin, I basically never know what to expect happen to temperatures from one day to the next.. one day it will be 20 degrees the next it might be 50. You should try some allergy medicine (like Alavert (nonprescribed)) .. if the symptoms persist outdoors during your dosage time, then it may not be the allergies, it might be a cold.. So then the next day, try some cold medicine of some sort. Go outside again, and see if your symptoms remain or have diminished.. Maybe then you'll find a culprit. Best bet is going to your Doctor's office and getting it down to a science (if you can).
