I am lactose intolerant and I'm just wondering......

Answers:

i'm lactose intolerant, it's made me sick. but Lactaid pills/tablets work!

Yup, yogurt has lactose (milk sugar), though maybe not quite as much as is in milk. Probably you will need to have lactaid before you have any kind of yogurt. I just had some Stonyfield yobaby vanilla yogurt because it has been sitting forever in my refrigerator, and was surprised to find it is very tastey and loaded with good probiotic bacteria. It's probably healthier than frozen yogurt, but I'm no expert.

The product is dairy.

Some people with lactose intolerance can tolerate yogurt. Others can't. The only way to know is to try some...start with a few bites and work your way up every few days to find your tolerance level.

All the best.
