Question: Can 1 blood test tells the other disease or problems?
I had a blood test mainly for my liver. After the report they said it was normal nothing to worry. Is that say it is free from other disease as well.

A biopsy of the liver is the best way to test for disease of the liver and the reason for it.There are thousands of blood tests and unless the correct tests are made you can slowly go down the road of no return but a blood test or ultrasound to measure liver enlargement are the first indicators of some problem
If they didn't check for other things there is no way to know.
