I've done so many bad things in my life...oral, anal, shared sex toy,..I�!

I've made many mistakes..through all of those things, I've never had any pain, sores, swelling, cuts, bumps, etc, after.. And neither did my partner. The thing I'm worried about is life. I'm getting tested Tuesday and I'm really scared.. I can't eat, I can't sleep, I'm beginning to starve myself. I've only done these things once unprotected..I never had vaginal intercourse. But the sex toy was unclean but I didn't use it seconds after the person last to use it. It was a few days after(my guess). It was a metal sex toy too. I know I don't have Ghonnorea, Chlamydia, Herpes, or anything like that because symptoms would've shown considering the anal and oral sex happened over a year and a half ago..and no bodily fluids were transferred into my body ever. The 1 guy I gave oral to and did anal with was 1 year younger than me(13), so I doubt he had any othr sex. Plus I knew him and his family quite well. Could I possibly be clean?? The vibrator was in my anus for about only 1 minute..but should I not be so worried and concerned? I feel fine today, but I am not feeling too well lately. That could be from being so paranoid. Do you have any help that could be useful to me, so I won't be stressing so much? Also, after I used the sex toy, I took a shower and cleaned my genital and anus areas really well. I don't know if that would help but I'm hoping! Please help! Suggestions please??
