Oh,poor you.Hay fever is difficult to control. The modern day anti histamines are quite good. With itchy eyes wash them on a regular basis with cold clean water, apart from the irritation they can get bloodshot so increasing the irritability. When finishing work have a shower including washing your hair to remove all pollen.Only vent your bedroom at night the night air has less pollen and being cooler will help.Keep the windows and doors closed in the daytime with curtains closed. You have to create a low level pollen zone,if you can do this this inflamed areas, nose and eyes can repair in about six hours or so each day.If you live close to the sea onshore winds carry little pollen.Wear tinted glasses as this will reduce the suns affect on your allready under attack eyes.Vacuum your room regularly but best to get someone else to do this.Buy an inexpensive air conditioning unit that has a pollen filter and run for several hours a day.It realy is down to getting you pollen free for 6 to 8 hours a day and allowing your body to repair in that time. The one consdolation is you will likely grow out of it as your resistance improves but the intervening years are lousy.Good luck.I used to suffer like hell many years ago,but it has gone now.

Hayfever eye drops from your local supermarket.

And Benadryl
