i had sex with a guy a year, he was a close friend. Two days ago he told me he had been diagnosed with chlamydia. He was saying I may have given it too him. But I doubt that because I do not have any Stds. So correct me if im wrong please, i wouldnt have given him it. Also it takes 1 to 3 weeks for symptoms to appear if in fact they appear. I stop having sex with him last year and after we stop having sex he has messed with other people. But im getting test tomorrow for precautions. Im just worried.

The 'window' period (time from being infected to getting a reliable test result for chlamydia is usually 2 to 6 weeks, but can be longer.
Until you get your test results there is no knowing if you have it or not or whether you could have given it to him. Even if you have chlamydia who is to know whether you or someone else gave it to him?
