She has done this to them and used daily facewash and toner to try reduce the redness but they seen to just scab over and look hidious! Any ideas on what to use? She has sensitive skin

Really? That's what the nurse said? I've always heard (and with personal experience) that you shouldn't squeeze pimples because you can damage your skin and cause darkening and scarring. It takes a very long time for acne scars to heal from being picked and popped. She may need to examine her diet and eliminate or cut back on sugary foods. When I was younger and did that, it really cleared up my skin. When your body builds up a lot of toxins from sugar, one way it tries to escape is through your skin and people break out...and not always just on the face! Get her into a good cleansing habit too with good acne products. My cousin had really bad acne on his face, he's 19yrs old and was embarrassed about it. We got him on this acne product cuz it worked for this lady's son we know that had really bad acne: http://www.marketamerica.com/jeaneng/pro… and also took these pills: http://www.marketamerica.com/jeaneng/pro… . He also drank aloe juice regularly too: http://www.marketamerica.com/jeaneng/pro… . In a month's time, his face was improved so much. He just look so much happier, people comment to him all the time how better his face looks. He had a lot of scarring and dark spots from popping pimples too and they are slowly fading away. I've used this product: http://www.marketamerica.com/jeaneng/pro… for spot treatments. Occasionally when I've indulged on foods I shouldn't over the weekend, my face will pay the price and I'll get a big red swelling pimple, the ones that hurt under the skin and I'll dab some of that lotion on it overnight to help it dry it up, works great.

Even if you don't try those products, still get into a good habit of washing your face thoroughly at least twice a day and follow with a good toner and an acne fighting moisturizer...and cut out that sugar!

OMG.... tell her to stop squeezing!!! This will only lead to scarring and make them prone to infection!

She needs to see a doctor for a course of treatment as it could be hormones, or the infection could be deep, and also she can follow simple steps to keep them at bay like, drinking lots of water, not to be stressed, not to over wash her skin, and also to have a healthy diet.

She should only use a toner, if her skin is oily, as most of toners contain alcohol which is extremely drying, try not to use to much make up, and make sure to remove it at night

Me...

Leave toothpaste on them. How's her diet? Does she eat healthily as too much fatty food and crisps can cause them as can drinking unhealthy drinks.
