what foods help defend from cancer?!

Question: What foods help defend from cancer?
Answers:

Every one of the trillions of cells in the body need important nutrients to function properly. These nutrients come from the food we eat, but they don't magically find their way to the cells. They need water as the transport vehicle. Salt, too, needs to reach every one of the cells to remove the toxins, so it is mixed in with the water.

This is why water and salt are two of the three most vital substances the body needs to support life, and it's why they are the most abundant.

When the cells don't get the water they need, they don't get the valuable nutrients and the toxins turn the body acidic. Disease thrives in an acidic environment.

There are various forms of cancer, but all share one basic characteristic - they're cells that have malfunctioned. The location of the cancer only denotes the type of cancer it is.

Cancer is a state of severe dehydration, when the cells receive too little of the nutrients they need to stay healthy due to a severe water shortage.

A proper diet is important for balanced health, but just as important (but overlooked) is the water and salt content. Mainstream medical tends to think that water is an inert substance in that it does nothing but act as a space filler. With their "drink plenty of fluids" campaign, they've even disregarded the importance of water. Because soft drinks, coffee and others contain water, they're being promoted as being just as good - but they're not. These drinks act like diuretics to pull out more water than they contain - as much as 50% more.

Salt, the third most important nutrient has unjustly been given the bad reputation as the cause of high blood pressure and therefore, should be avoided. This is untrue. Salt does not cause high blood pressure.

The medical community is making a strong effort to steer people away from important nutrients like water and salt - and are very successful in doing so. This is the reason people are getting cancer and other serious diseases - they follow the advice of the medical community and become severely dehydrated. The medical community doesn't understand dehydration at the stage where health problems originate, and so dehydration is ignored and allowed to progress until it causes a serious condition.

They don't recognize the obvious signs of dehydration in a cancer patient when it's right in front of their eyes.

As cancer progresses, two things become obvious. 1) A lot of weight is lost. The medical community see this as damage being done to the tissues - they use the familiar term "being eaten up". But the body is made up of 75% water and salt. This leaves only 25% that the tissues make up, and most of that is bone material. Tissue damage can never account for the massive weight loss - it has to be fluid (water) loss. A -3% loss in water is enough to be fatal. This weight loss far exceeds the -3% threshold. 2) Even the medical community will tell you that the color of the urine is a symptom of needing to drink water. Normal urine is clear to a slight lemonade color. The color of urine in a cancer patient gets to be as dark as a southwestern sunset. This is a sign of severe dehydration in anyone's book.

Cancer can be reversed by correcting the dehydration - if the disease hasn't progressed beyond the point of no return. But no one really knows when that point is - there have been cases where people with stage 4 cancer that has metastasized, and has been told to "go home and get their affairs in order" has made a complete recovery.

There is a 30 - minute video that you might want to look for that explains the relationship between cancer and dehydration and how to treat cancer successfully. It's called "Dehydration and Cancer" by F. Batmanghelidj, M.D.
