Question: I'm sick with a fever, whats should I eat?

I woke up this morning with a fever of 100.1. My mama was nice enough to make me a smoothie :) then i got hungry so i had 5 saltine crackers with LaughingCow cheese on em. But now I am still SO hungry. What's good to eat?

How bout some ice water to drink some more laughing cow if you have yogurt have some yogurt or some popsicles do you have ice cream? or how bout a sandwich or a pizza pocket and some fruit.

When kids are sick they recommend the BRATs menu.
Banana's, Rice, Apples and Toast.

But that's normally if they are physically being sick, not just with a fever.

Repeat what you just ate. Rinse. Then repeat again.
