Question: How to get rid of a mole under my eye?
but ive heard thats fairly painful.
is there any way to get it taken off at home? like just cut the thing off? which is more painful... etc. and which one will leave less of a scar?

Before it can be removed it will need to be looked at closely to ensure that it is not cancerous. Only a good doctor can do this. So go to the doctor and have it removed. It is frozen off and there is no real pain, only a slight discomfort. Try to cut it off yourself could result in a hideous scar or worse if the mole is cancerous.
If it really troubles you so much any slight pain would surely be worth the effort.
Most doctor use a scalpel and cut it off... it does leave a small scar but nothing major. Don't do it at home as it will leave a big scar.
No! Do not attempt this at home. Seriously. You will likely just end up with an even uglier scar on your face.
