Answers:

Change Doctors, that one does not give a rats butt about you.
While your waiting to see your new doctor, take some vitamin B complex pills, this will increase your appetite and help you sleep.

4.5 Hours before your normal bedtime have/end a great workout, some serious weight training and usually your body will let you know it is bed time in 4.5 hours, and do go to bed, you will have a great sleep. If you have a great sleep, you will not sleep late.

Three times a week weights with different parts of the body, the other three days are cardio of some sort and again three different parts of the body. (upper back/chest, arms/hands, legs/butt for weight) (Running/walking up steps/toe raises, setups/crunches, aerobics for your cardio)

The above I told you will HELP you, but will not heal you.

Your symptoms scream a chemical imbalance to me.

Two things to keep in mind---
Your Doctor has a license to PRACTICE medicine, this does not certify he is good at it, only that if you pay he may practice on you.
Also, as soon as the Doctor finds what is wrong with you, the money stream stops, so no hurry on his part for that to happen.

Try to find a doctor with a heart, that will be difficult to do but it can be done.

A doctor working in the ghettos or providing free services to the poor because they want to help humanity will more likely be of help to you than a specialist with years more education than most doctors. Oh'''' he can find what is wrong with you, just does not want to!

The 7th day rest, your body only grows when it can rest.

I recommend you eat some cottage cheese before bed, this will give you a slow digesting meal that will tide over your protein and energy needs while you sleep.

I have dealt with both incompetent and heartless B@stards in the medical community.

I know the work out regime because I am a former body builder!

well just try to be normal and healthy, eat very well, sleep very well and excercise very well, aavoiud dangerous chemicals
