Question: Nasal inflamation at night?
I use Breathe Right Advanced nasal strips every night to help. My nose is dry and feels stuffy. I have a Diveated septum in my left nostril but, they both get dry. I also use Zicam mentholated allergy swabs. I think it may be the house. If so do I need a humidifier or a dehumidifier?

Yes hunidifers help but I'd keep a spray bottle of four hour nasel spray by my bed if i were you.
Walmart has a generic brand works just as good much less costly.
