Question: Do Antihistamines narrow blood veselles?
The reason i ask is because im on a calcium channel blocker that widens veseles and my pharmacist said it was okay to take with clearating however the website DRUGS.COM SAID IT WAS A MODERATE INTERACTION.

Answers:

Yes they narrow blood vessels. That is why you cannot take it during pregnancy.

If you want to widen the arteries, drink more water. Water is a natural antihistamine that is compatible with every medication. Histamines are like soldiers in the body, letting the brain know that a dehydration condition exists, and that water should be increased to fix the problem. Commercial antihistamines block the signal, making the brain think that the problem has been corrected. Your channel blocker is a histamine, as well as the drug you're asking about - one just works against the other to maintain a balance.

You don't fix health problems with drugs - drugs cure nothing (which explains why you've probably been prescribed your medication for an indefinite time). Bringing the body back into balance - into a slight alkaline state fixes the body. It's natural, and it's common sense.

Doctors won't tell you this because they refuse to recognize dehydration in the early stages where health problems originate. Why should they? There's no profit in prescribing water, but there is a lot of profit in treating the health problems that dehydration is responsible for.

There is a sort of "ocean" of water both in the cells and outside of the cells. Good health depends on a delicate balance between the two. When you don't drink enough water to keep the inside ocean properly hydrated, a process called reverse osmosis will cause the outside ocean to expand and inject filtered fresh water into the dehydrated cells. This pressure is reflected on the blood pressure gauge as 6% of the blood in the arteries is given up through minute holes in the membrane, and the arteries constrict to take up the slack.

When the water is filtered to be injected into the cells, the salt that is normally mixed with the water is left behind and becomes concentrated. It's this concentration of salt that doctors wrongly claim is the cause of high blood pressure.

But if salt was the cause, then by simply cutting back on the salt should lower the blood pressure without the need for medication (remove the cause and the problem corrects itself. This is the same process that the immune system uses to heal disease - once a problem is corrected, the immune system does its job and cures the ailment).

But doctors advise to cut back on salt and STILL prescribe medication. This proves that salt isn't the cause. The actual cause for the rise in blood pressure is the reverse osmosis, which is triggered by dehydration. Increase your water (and salt, slightly - it has to stay in balance) and your blood pressure will drop back to normal.

Use the protocol you'll find through the link below.
