Should this be an issue with my diet?!

Question: Should this be an issue with my diet?
A few years ago I tried the Alli diet pill. I wasn't dieting with it though. Wasn't watching what I ate with it. I got horrible cramps so I stopped taking it. Now I'm serious about dieting. I have been watching what I eat and excercising and so forth. I take fenugreek. Something I decided to keep taking after breast feeding. It just helped. So I want to start taking Alli again. Those two things can mix right? Also, occasionally I have the 5 hour energy drinks. I might want to start acai berry too. Not sure though. I want to know if the stomach cramps were caused because I wasn't dieting right? I dont want to cause any problems. Thanks!

All-natural with no known side-effects, Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) may be the last step in helping you to achieve the quick and long-lasting weight loss you have been waiting for. By taking these drops once a day, along with following an easy, well-structured diet plan, HCG users can lose as many as 1-2 pounds per DAY…without exercise. I have a friend who took this and did lose weight but did consult her doctor.

Alli Diet Pills are an over-the-counter form of the weight loss drug known as Orlistat. They are sold over the counter in both the United Kingdom and the USA. They are primarily designed to treat obesity. The primary function of Alli Diet Pills is to block the absorption of fat from the diet. It blocks fat within the intestines. The user must stick to a low-fat diet otherwise they will suffer from diarrhea and fat leakage manifested as oily stools.

Hope this helps. Do consult your doctor for any medical advice given and especially if you decide to start dieting with supplements.

I am a controlled diabetic. I have lost 85 lbs in the last year.. My blood sugar stays under 100. I also worked for Navy Fitness for over four years. Acai Berry is over rated all the studies says if you are eating right things you are getting the same amount of vitamins as in Acai Berry{ There is nothing special about the drink}. Energy Drinks are out of the question. They have so much caffeine and sugar in them that you are not going to make any progress. Most nutritiousness say to use the words LIFE STYLE CHANGE not diet. This means you are going to change for the rest of your life. Trash all these supplements and use your common sense. Eating healthly means more than three meals. You should be eating every three to four hours this keeps your blood sugar more stable. Loose all these chemical stimulations and just make a plan for yourself.
