Question: What is up with this mole on my neck?
I have had a mole on my neck for around 10 years. (I am 14)
Today I noticed that it had a brown type "stain" around it, like a puddle because it was in little splodges. It wasn't bumpy, but it was rougher than my actual skin.
My mole used to have black on it, but now it's just a chocolate-brown with that brownish-type "stain".
Can anyone help me here with what the "stain" is?
(BTW, I have a booked appointment for the doctors on Tuesday).
(The mole is slightly different shades of brown, it has been having black spots on it, it's not a neat circle, the edges are rough, the mole is rough)

he will probably just burn it off
usually when the mole is different color and has irregular borders usually mean it should be checked by a doctor
Your doctor will be able to tell you, very sensible to seek medical help.
