Question: Why is she SO inattentive?? PLZ HELP ASAP?
I have this student i teach. She's 16 and very inattentive. Their english speaking exam is coming up soon this weeked so i decided to practise with them. So i called her out for the speaking practise and i gave her the card where the key info was on. She wouldnt stop playing with the paper until she tore it! and the whole time she was looking into space when answering questions. Then she misses one on daydreaming and i wave at her and she comes back to earth! Then she says "what were we speaking about??" then she picks on her finger nails then scuffles the paper!!! Very inattentive!!!!!!!!! What can this be???? And btw shes always inattentive like this. But what is it??

Maybe she has ADHD or dyslexia or a social anxiety or any other type problem. It would be prudent to refer her to a school psychologist for testing so that any learning problem can be identified and she can be helped to learn.

may be she has some little physiological problm try teling her parents to get some counselling or somethig also ask other teachers is she always like this
Maybe she finds your class boring.
