how long could someone live with cancer if they didn't take chemo or radiat!

Question: How long could someone live with cancer if they didn't take chemo or radiation or any other kind of treatment?
I don't have cancer, I was just wondering. let's use leukemia as an example, because I know all cancers are different.

Answers:

There are studies that show that if a cancer patient does nothing, they will live longer. There are many variables, however.

Frankly it depends on when the cancer is discovered, what condition your health is in, your mental outlook, how old you are, and what kind of cancer it is. Some cancers grow slowly, and some tumors are very aggressive.

For leukemia, Nathan Pritikin lived for 28 years on a low-fat, high fiber diet, but he was older. Children do not live long with cancer unless there is aggressive treatment of some kind because all of their cells are growing and changing with hormones changes and growth.

lifetime of caring for cancer patients.

I don't think this can be summed up in a question. You have many different variables to factor in, to be able to give a proper assessment.
Like how long the person has had cancer,
Where it's located
how that person feels about their diagnoses, in such.

try to find some survivors/Dr.'s and ask them some questions

Exactly, all cancers are different. I knew someone who had breast cancer and she refused any type of therapy. She was so religious that she prayed to the tumor every day. She lived ten years and in that time the cancer slowly spread all over, so when she actually had symptoms, it was too late.

Depends on a huge variety of things:

How agressive the cancer is,
Where it is,
How strong your immune system is,
How strong a person you are,
