i am 29 years old and my heart rate has been about 120-140 for the last hour and i have been sitting still. this is not normal for me. i had a steroid injection this morning in my the upper part of my spine closer to my neck. im freaking out. please anserw asap. i dont know what to do.

Calm down. Steroids generally raise your heart rate. Also if you had any type of sugar drink, like soda or juice, then that will also raise your heart rate. So will cake, candy etc. Just go take a relaxing bath and don't stress.
