yes, very much so.. you won't see them just by looking in the mirror unless, they are huge..which they won't if you are spitting them out without any squeezing of them (it's good they come out on their own)
take a torch and put it to one side of your mouth, open your mouth really wide and stick your tounge out, you might be able to catch a glimps of them if they are close to the surface, some can be tucked away in the tonsil crypts. they are far at the back in the side of your mouth... emm also if you want to get rid or prevent these gargle with salt water and clean with strong toothpaste regularly, and chew chewing gum/have mouth wash.. it's all about stopping the build up of the materials which make them.
Do you get hayfever/have a cold? if so this may be the cause of them? as it can be from nasal drip or if you don't clean your teeth as much as you could.. there are many reasons for them.. x
