You may want to set up an appointment with your Doctor. There are MANY reasons why this could happening to you. In the meantime before you get tested I would recommend:
1) 3-5 L of water daily.
2) 8-10 hrs of sleep nightly
3) Deep breathing/relaxation (Remain relaxed and get plenty of oxygen!)
4) Pray to god and ask him to make it pass. Ask for the hand of god to pull away your discomfort.
Hope this helped you, I will be praying for you! God Bless.
I went through a big move from one state to another away from my family and for a couple months would feel like that everyonce in a while. I'm guessing anxiety, for me possibly cultral shock. (moved from a suburb of a city of 500,000 and everything i needed was closeto me and the city i moved to had a populations of 50,000 and stores I was used to being 5 mins away was now 45)

Could be that your blood pressure is too high/low. Are you sick too? I feel like that when I'm sick.
I always feel that way too. I sleep for 8 to 10 hours every night, but still feel so tired. it sucks
