Why are my hands blue in the mornings?!

Question: Why are my hands blue in the mornings?
They get normal during the day. I haven't asked the Dr yet but they are really dark this morning. I am very warm and sweaty so it is not because I am cold.
I have Addisons disease, hypothyroid and recently diagnosed with diabetes. I can't see the Doc until Monday, but because my hands return to normal during the day he would not see the blueness,
Thanks in advance for your answer.

Answers:

You have two conditions that can affect your basal temps. Even when my temperature tanks, I still usually feel warm. Start taking your temperatures in the morning before you get out of bed. You can go to a site like Dr Rind.com and get further instructions on this if you need them. Only when the temperature question has be satisfactorily addressed can you advance your inquiry.
BTW - I have thyroid and adrenal problems which are due to mercury toxicity. In fact, most of us with this problem have endocrine problems. Have you ever looked into this?

Because you fingerblasted a smurf the night before.

I too had blue hands at one point in my life.
