I too use 'Oxysept' to clean my contact lenses. A few times I've left traces of the solution on my hands before eating. Guess what? I'm still alive!
The discomfort may have something to do with the breakfast you ate. Indigestion, perhaps?
If in doubt call NHS Direct on 0845 4647. But, I can almost guarantee you'll be okay.
Edit - I've noticed you have posted a few questions in relation to your health. A hypochondriac by any chance?
Believe in yourself, you will be fine, as generation of contact lenses, all right, only inflammation, and you point eyedrops on the right, looking forward to your early recovery.
Drink lots of water. I doubt the amount of solution you could've consumed indirectly by not washing your hands could do any real harm.
Where is the discomfort? In your eyes, in your hands. I would think there cant be much wrong if you are sitting at your computer typing this instead of dealing with the problem.
You'd have to drink the whole bottle to have any serious medical consequences.
I doubt your discomfort is from Oxysept. To poison yourself you will need swallow a lot of it.
