Is it true that it is not possible infect with HIV ever if both partners are saf!

Question: Is it true that it is not possible infect with HIV ever if both partners are safe?
I used to know that if have sex there is possibility that you will develop HIV if you are unlucky. The you can spread them by having intercourse with other. For these reason i was very afarid of sex because it was like doing something with risk. But here i have found that sex doesn't develop HIV rather it just transmits. It's not possible to infect each other if both are safe . (source from the following link)

Answers:

HIV does not appear out of nowhere. It is not created simply by people having sex. You can not get HIV from someone who does not have HIV in the first place. You can only get HIV from someone if they have HIV to begin with. One person MUST have HIV for the other person to catch it.

That said, because most people who have HIV have no symptoms for a long time, you can't tell if someone has HIV just by looking at them. The only way to find out if you have HIV is to get an HIV test.

I do HIV education and testing.

if both partners are hiv negative then you cant transfer hiv i mean it has to come frim somewhere right also always use condoms when having sex with someone who you are not sure have the virus or not
