I have chlamydia and don't know how to tell me my girlfriend?!

Question: I have chlamydia and don't know how to tell me my girlfriend?
I just received a call from my doctor saying i have chlamydia, i'm aware that it's a common STD and can be cure easily. But i don't know how to present it to my girlfriend, nor do i know how i got it. Currently my girlfriend is mad at me for lying to about something that, so i'm a little hesitant to drop this on her. I've had a conversation with her but it didn't lighten up the situation, so i decided not to tell her during. It's been a year prior to the visit i recently had with the doctor. So i'm not sure when i contracted it. I've been with my girlfriend for a year also. She's had sex with one other person but she says he had a condom, and I've had sex with another and I've had a condom. I'm at a lost and i would really like some help. Seeking helpful advice or insight, no rudeness or insults please.

I know it's probably a hard thing to do, but you HAVE to tell her. Chlamydia is called a "silent killer" because it is often symptomless but can do tremendous damage to her reproductive system, and can make her infertile. So in the big picture it's not just about a simple infection that is easily cured, you could ruin her life by not telling her as quickly as possible so she can get it treated. It can also cause her to get pelvic inflammatory disease and it will leave scarring on her organs, which can cause deep pain during intercourse and again, infertility.

You don't have to wonder how to tell her, just TELL HER. She deserves to know, and whatever comes, comes. There are consequences to every action, and you must be responsible and tell her. Just be thankful it's not something either of you have to live with for the rest of your lives, like HIV, HPV or herpes. Next time, and every time, use a condom.

You know where you have been, the only question is where has she been. If you used a condom and have only had unsafe sex with her than she gave you it. I would tell her to get tested and break up with that whore immediately. Next time it could be aides, you need to use protection with this dirty girty.

dude if you both cheated by having sex with somone else while with each other either of you could have given it to each other now if you did not cheat and got it you got it from her or vice versa but you both are cheaters so just come out and tell her then break up because the relationship is not solid anyway if you both have had sex while with each other

Well, no matter how upset you think she might be, you have to level with her, and soon. No way to say it but say it. You will just have to choose your moment and say "I got my test results from the doctor and I have some bad news."-- and go from there.
