WHAT are the secrets to glowing skin?!

Question: WHAT are the secrets to glowing skin?
Water is very good, is milk? How about citrus fruits?

Answers:

-Healthy diet (because what u eat plays a big factor with how your skin turns out)
-drink lots of water(this helps flush away the excess bacteria & dirt's within the skin)
-cleanse the face thurly, twice a day
-use facial moisturizer
-consult with a dermatologists on a regular bases
-try 2 avoid makeup or oily products on the face (they tend to clog pores faster, giving the face a dirty & excessively, oily appearance

The three biggest components to glowing skin are:

1) Hydration (internal and external)
a. Internal: drinking plenty of water (at least half your body weight in ounces per day is the rule I use)
b. External: facial and body moisturizers that explicitly work for your skin type

2) Nutrition: Taking a great multi-vitamin (like this: http://tinyurl.com/3s78by8) and eat a balanced diet that will provide the essential nutrients you need for great skin.

3) Cleansing & Protection: Find a skin care system that is right for your specific skin care needs. A great place to find the perfect regimen is to use this skin care tool: http://tinyurl.com/42zylz2

Hope this helps:)

Hydration is good, but anything that brings about blood flow is good as well. There are supplements over the counter than can promote healthy blood flow, like L-Arginine.
Scrubbing your body and face vigorously in the shower can bring blood to the surface and help with a good glow.
The best treatment for glowing skin, however, is pregnancy. ;)

I found that rubbing plutonium on my skin is generally very helpful to make my skin glow.
