It was about 3 months ago and my symptoms haven't relapsed I'm pretty healthy now
And my doctor said I can donate blood if I'm better. but what about plasma?

Answers:

If you're well enough to donate whole blood, you're well enough to donate plasma. The same restrictions apply to whole blood donation and plasma donation.
