Question: Do you think I could of gotten HIV this way?
Also there wasn't any of his blood physically on me it just kinda touched me. I'm not even sure if he made contact with the sore on my hand.
Normally I wouldn't of thought anything of this except I just recently got an HIV test (Which was negative by the way) and now I'm kinda on the look out. I don't know If my buddy has HIV or not I think I'm just over thinking it.
Would someone just tell me I'm being a hypochondriac! =D

You're being a hypochondriac, and you are in no danger. There has been one documented case *ever* of wound-to-wound transmission of HIV, and that involved two people who both had fresh, deep knife wounds.
The only ways you can get HIV are by having sex with or sharing nedles with someone who already has HIV.

You're just thinking too much about it. Don't worry.
There's a really low chance of getting infected because:
[1] HIV mainly spread via sexual intercourse or sharing needles.
[2] You don't know if your buddy has HIV, and the chances of him having HIV are really low.
[3] Your "sore" wasn't an open wound and wasn't even bleeding.
[4] We are unsure that if your sore and his wound did come in contact.
So don't worry, be happy. :)

To get HIV/Aids, buckets of fluids must be exchanged between you and an infected person. It was only a drop of blood on your sore. I'm pretty sure you are not infected. Just to be on the safe side, wait 6 months from the date this event occurred and get tested for the disease.
if he was hiv positive and you had an OPEN sore, and his blood did physically get on you. Then yes it would be possible. But it doesnt sound like thats the case.
